Consent & Agreement By applying to be a Brazilian waxing model, do you acknowledge and agree to the following: ✅ Your entire vulva area, including the butt strip, and your hands (for holding skin taut) will be visible in the educational video. ✅ Your face and voice will NOT be shown in any part of the video. ✅ The footage will be used for educational purposes only and will be available for purchase as part of my Brazilian waxing course on Squarespace course via my website. ✅ You cannot take legal action against me regarding the use of this footage. ✅ If selected, you will sign a formal agreement before your first waxing session. ✅ In exchange for modeling, you will receive three free Brazilian waxes: The first wax will be filmed. The second and third waxes will NOT be filmed but must be scheduled in advance. The remaining two waxes must be completed within two months, with one wax per month. ✅Course Access Disclaimer By participating as a model, you acknowledge that you will not receive a copy of the Brazilian waxing course or any course materials. The content recorded during your session is for professional use in my educational materials, and access to the full course is exclusively available for purchase. ✅Do you agree to these terms and to signing a contract before participating?
